Firstly, we’d like to wish all of our readers a very happy new year. 2016 is set fair to be a brilliant year and the Spectator won’t be missing out on any of the glory. We want to relaunch this year and make the Spectator bigger than it has ever been before. Would you like to be part of it?
There are so many things we want to do this year, but all of this will only be able to happen if more people get involved. Numbers have dwindled since September as our older contributors take on more roles in the school and continue with their studies, and in order to keep the website online we need more people!
There are projects already in the pipeline, but we need more ideas, more contributors, more editors – more people! We would like to launch several regular writing competitions on the website, including a rant of the week and several other ideas. We need more regular writers, as well as occasional contributors, columnists and potentially some editors as well. If you feel you would like to get involved, even if its just to write one article, please contact us; firstname.lastname@example.org, or pop into one of our Monday lunchtime meetings – 12:45 in B28. We hope to see you soon!
